If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.
Easy Returns
If you’re not happy with your Grozome product for any reason, just reach out within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s a replacement, a different product, or a refund. Because our products are soil amendments, we require a photo and information about what went wrong so we can improve.
Damage
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us, and we’ll fix it immediately; no return is needed.
